Mike Pond is a faith-driven entrepreneur, Olympic canoe coach, and 35-year veteran of the pet food industry. Guided by a deep commitment to integrity, stewardship, and service, Mike founded and grew Prime100 into one of Australia’s leading veterinary-recommended pet food companies. Under his leadership, the business became the nation’s second-largest sale of pet food company
Mike sold a majority stake in Prime100 to Quadrant Private Equity at a valuation exceeding $100 million and later exited the business at a $500 million valuation. His approach rooted in discipline, innovation, and a servant leadership mindset delivered transformational growth across product, manufacturing, and retail.
Earlier in life, Mike coached elite paddlers to the Olympic level, applying the same principles of focus, resilience, and faith that would later underpin his business journey. Today, he mentors and invests in a new generation of pet food entrepreneurs, while also dedicating time to ministry, philanthropy, and kingdom-focused initiatives.
Through the MAP Foundation and Canu32, Mike is committed to building ventures that honour God, elevate others, and create long-term impact across sport, business, and community.
Michael Pond was the WAIS and Olympic Coach and National Sprint Team representative from 1989 – 1991.
Mike won National K2 and K4 titles with former World Champion Martin Hunter.
Mike was assistant coach under Ramon Andersson from 2006 – 2016, working with the 8 Olympians WA produced over that time as well as numerous other National junior and senior team representatives.

He founded the Back In Motion Health Group from humble beginnings, growing it into Australia’s largest provider of physiotherapy and related services at the time. His leadership propelled the company to remarkable success, earning accolades such as the BRW Fast Franchise for five consecutive years and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Ernst Young Entrepreneur-of-the-Year, Jason believes the opportunity of a lifetime comes around about once a day. He made a career out of getting it wrong more than he got it right. He never wanted a business, and yet ended up with over 140 of them supported by a team of 700+ and eventually selling for over $100m.
Jason’s impact extends beyond commercial achievements. He actively contributes to peak bodies, community organisations, and business forums, sharing his expertise on leadership, strategy and governance.

As the son of small business owners, he grew up helping in the family cleaning business and later earned his private pilot's licence while still in his teens.

In 2011, he became Brisbane’s youngest-ever Deputy Mayor, where he oversaw major infrastructure projects such as the Legacy Way tunnel, the reconstruction of Riverwalk after the 2011 floods, and improvements to bikeways and public transport. As Lord Mayor, his signature achievements include leading the development of the Brisbane Metro — one of Australia’s largest transit infrastructure projects — and delivering multiple new green bridges to enhance the city’s liveability and reduce traffic congestion.
Passionate about the environment and long-term planning, Adrian launched the transformation of Victoria Park into one of the country’s largest new urban parklands. His “Suburbs First Guarantee” ensures that at least 80% of Council’s investment benefits communities outside the inner city, delivering roads, parks, and essential services where families live.Adrian also serves as Chair of the Council of Mayors (SEQ), where he advocates for South East Queensland on issues like the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, regional transport, and housing affordability.A committed family man, Adrian lives in Carindale with his wife Nina and their four children.

While many telecommunications companies suffered during the “dot-com” crash, Wendy drove AU $6 Billion in annual sales across 17 countries, and was a key member of the team at Alcatel Shanghai Bell that successfully negotiated with the Chinese government to bring the internet to China.
