Mike Pond is a faith-driven entrepreneur, Olympic canoe coach, and 35-year veteran of the pet food industry. He founded Prime100, growing it into one of Australia’s leading veterinary-recommended pet food companies, eventually selling a majority stake at over $100 million and fully exiting at a $500 million valuation. Known for discipline, innovation, and servant leadership, Mike mentors the next generation of pet food entrepreneurs while engaging in ministry and kingdom-focused initiatives. Formerly a national champion and Olympic coach, he guided eight Olympians over six cycles. Mike’s work spans sport, business, and community, combining excellence with a heart for God.
